1. Parties and scope
These terms govern the AstraAPI platform at platform.astragpt.net, its console, API keys and programmatic interface. The service uses the designation “Администрация сервиса AstraGPT” (“we”). The main astragpt.net service has separate terms.
Public pages can be viewed without an account. Using the console or sending a request with a key accepts these terms. Funding the wallet confirms an order for the stated amount. The AstraAPI Privacy Policy describes processing connected with the service.
2. Account and access
Sign in through the linked AstraGPT account. An API key belongs to one account. Keep it on your server, set appropriate restrictions and budgets, and revoke it if exposed. Do not put it in public source code or a browser app. Requests made with an active key are charged to its account until the key is revoked.
Only documented methods, models and parameters are offered. Compatibility with selected OpenAI and Anthropic formats does not mean that every endpoint or feature of those companies is supported. Model providers may change availability or restrictions; consult the current catalog and documentation.
3. Wallet, prices and payment
AstraAPI has its own wallet, separate from AstraGPT subscriptions and credits. Its accounting currency is RUB or USD as selected. Balances are not combined and are not electronic money. Before payment, the console displays the currency, amount and available method. The interface offers SBP or cryptocurrency for RUB funding and cryptocurrency for USD funding. Platega processes payments; it is not the seller of the service.
Current text rates are published per one million units by model: input and output tokens and, where applicable, cache, reasoning and long context. The final charge follows actual provider usage. A pre-request quote or example may differ from actual usage. The payment processor fee is not deducted from the amount credited to the wallet under the current flow.
4. Text request accounting
A text request starts with a valid key and positive available balance. An amount is reserved before dispatch and may increase during streaming. Once actual cost is confirmed, the reservation is settled; the difference is released or additionally charged. A delayed cost can make the balance negative and prevent new paid requests until it is funded.
A disconnect, closed client or response error does not establish that the provider did no work. An uncertain outcome is reconciled with provider records, and a hold may remain meanwhile. Retrying can create a separate paid request; inspect status and request history first.
5. Images and video
Images and video are available only for models and settings marked available in the catalog. The units and an estimate are shown before sending. A conservative full upper amount is held in the selected wallet for a media request. Actual confirmed cost is charged once known, and unused hold is released. An unknown cost leaves the hold in place pending reconciliation; it does not make the generation free.
Video jobs may be asynchronous: submission returns a request ID, while status and result require a later poll. Provider result links may expire. Access to a job and result is restricted to its owner. No particular generation time, model availability, output quality, permanent storage or successful completion is guaranteed.
6. Content and model rules
When supplying text, images, URLs or other material, you confirm that you have necessary rights and permissions, including for people, likenesses, brands and personal data. You permit us and the selected provider to process it to fulfil the request and return the result. Your rights in input remain yours; rights and allowed uses of output also depend on applicable law and the selected model’s terms.
Unlawful requests, infringement, bypassing technical limits and unauthorized key use are prohibited. Providers may apply their own moderation and model restrictions. A refused or failed request is accounted for according to actual execution.
7. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
You may stop future use and ask support for a refund of unused payment. The value of services already performed and mandatory consumer rights are assessed under applicable law. These terms do not remove remedies for undelivered or defective services. Disputed payments and refunds are reconciled with the wallet and order records to prevent double credit.
If a confirmed top-up is missing or a request charge is disputed, give support its order or request ID. We will investigate and provide credit, correction or refund as warranted by the evidence and law. Minors must not make payments; contact support about a minor’s access.
8. Changes and contact
A new edition is published here with its date. New catalog prices apply to subsequent requests; a dispatched request retains its reservation-time price version. Changes do not remove mandatory rights concerning earlier payments.
